How long does warranty coverage last?

One (1) year from date of original purchase (Original proof of purchase required). Warranty coverage ends when a products becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship such as misuse, abuse, or the use of unapproved accessories. Warranty coverage does not apply to the outer finish of the product.

How can I obtain service?

Should a problem arise with your Blazer unit(s) please send it (post prepaid) to the address below. Be sure to include:

NOTE: Be sure to include some method of tracking your return. Blazer Products cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Products under the 1 year warranty

that have not been damaged by misuse (dropping, using unapproved accessories, etc) or normal wear and tear will be repaired and returned at no additional cost.

Products under 1 year warranty

that have been damaged by misuse (dropping, using unapproved accessories, clogging the unit with foreign debris, subjected to extreme conditions, etc) will be returned at the cost of standard ground shipping. The determination of a misuse condition is at Blazer Products sole discretion.

What is not covered

Product failure due to misuse, abuse or using unapproved accessories are not covered by this warranty. Products returned to us in more than one piece or where the body (fuel tank) of the product has been cracked or damaged.

Products that have been damaged by misuse (dropping, using unapproved accessories, clogging the unit with foreign debris, etc)

This warranty does not include the cosmetic (color) outer finish of the product.

*Please Note:
Be sure to empty all items of Butane Gas before returning.
Be sure to include some method of tracking your return.

*Warning:
Never fill or empty any torch or lighter over a sink (or similar well) or surface depression. Butane gas is heavier than air and may collect in low spaces, and ignite if sparked. Always refill your torch in a well ventilated room and always allow gas to stabilize for 60 seconds before attempting to ignite.
